Union with God
Do you truly believe in Christ’s power to heal you? Every day we have the opportunity to be touched by God in the Eucharist. Ask Christ to heal you of something specific, such as a sin or vice you are struggling with, as you pray, “Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.”

Encounter with others
There is much in the news about suicide these days. By letting Christ touch us and heal us, we in turn can help others realize that God is the source of life. Our thoughts, words and actions can provide hope and love in people’s lives pointing them to a life-giving God.
